These terms and conditions govern your participation in the 19°N 70°W Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous ("the Event"), organised by SY Experiences Ltd.
By registering for the Event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Registration is subject to availability and confirmation by the organisers.
Passes are non-transferable unless authorised by the Event organisers. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee at their discretion.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies are communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the pass type and timing of cancellation.
Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. The organisers accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the Event except where required by law.
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify our team in advance.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate to the exclusive nature of the Event. The organisers reserve the right to remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
The organisers shall not be liable for cancellation or modification of the Event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
